How Targovio works for this business

With food, stock changes every day. Targovio shows low stock on the home screen and never sells more than you have: the reservation happens at order time, and a cancellation releases it exactly once.

Most customers in Bulgaria pay on delivery. Cash on delivery has separate states — collected, remitted, refunded — so you know which money has arrived and which has not yet.
