Frequently asked questions
Can I import my catalogue from another platform?
Yes, through CSV. You map the columns in your file to Targovio fields, see the result for every row and confirm in one step. New products arrive as drafts. There is no direct importer for CloudCart, Shopify or WooCommerce yet.
How many products can a store have?
Targovio is designed for large catalogues, but it has not yet been measured with a real merchant catalogue, so we do not promise a number. If your catalogue is large, we will test it together in early access.
