Frequently asked questions

Can I open a store on Targovio today?

Targovio is in early access. We work with the first merchants personally: we show you the product, move your catalogue and launch the store together. Reserve a place.

How much does it cost?

From €24 a month excluding VAT (€20 billed annually). Grow is €49, Pro €99. All prices.

Is there a free trial?

There is no self-service sign-up, so a trial would be misleading. We show you the product live, and founding merchants pay from the day their store starts selling.

Does it work with Econt and Speedy?

The connections are built — office, price, waybill with PDF and cancellation. Today Econt runs in demo mode and Speedy in test mode. Live accounts are connected before launch, at no extra charge.

How will my customers pay?

By cash on delivery and bank transfer. Online card payments through a licensed provider are planned. Targovio never stores card data.

Can I move my store from CloudCart or Shopify?

Yes. We import products, variants, prices and stock from CSV and redirect your old URLs. Orders and customer accounts are not moved yet.
