Getting started and pricing
Can I open a store today?
Targovio is in early access: we launch the first stores together with the merchants. Self-service sign-up comes after that.
How much does it cost?
Start €24, Grow €49, Pro €99 a month excl. VAT; billed annually — 2 months free. All prices.
Is there a commission or a turnover cap?
No. 0% commission and no turnover cap on any plan.
Is there a free trial?
No. We show you the product live, and founding merchants pay from the day their store starts selling.
What do founding merchants get?
A price locked for 24 months, free migration and setup, and direct contact with the team. There are 20 places.
Orders, shipping, payments
Does it work with Econt and Speedy?
The connections are built and run in demo and test mode. Live accounts are connected before launch, at no extra charge.
How do customers pay?
By cash on delivery and bank transfer. Online card payment through a licensed provider is planned.
Is there protection against duplicate orders?
Yes. A repeated click or a dropped connection never creates a second order, and stock is reserved at order time.
Can I have several warehouses?
Yes — 1, 3 or 10 warehouses depending on the plan, with transfers and partial dispatch.
Does Targovio issue invoices?
Not yet — invoices and tax settings are planned. Orders and sales export to CSV for your accountant.
Storefront and marketing
How many themes are there?
21 themes for different sectors, all included in every plan.
Can I change the design myself?
Yes — in the Design Studio: sections, colours, font, banner, phone and desktop preview, draft and publish.
What language is the storefront in?
Bulgarian. Storefront translations are planned; the admin is in Bulgarian and English.
Are there e-mail campaigns?
Marketing consents are collected; sending campaigns is planned.
Data and security
Where is data stored?
The planned infrastructure is PostgreSQL with private file storage, preferring the EU. Technical data.
Can I export my data?
Yes — products, stock, orders and reports as CSV.
Is there two-factor sign-in?
Yes — TOTP with recovery codes and a list of active sessions.
