This policy covers the targovio.com website. It does not govern merchants’ use of the Targovio platform — that will have separate terms and a data processing agreement.

Who processes the data

The controller is Rastezh Digital EOOD, UIC 208950483, Hristo Smirnenski estate, bl. 10A, fl. 3, apt. 11, 1574 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@targovio.com.

What we collect

  • From the request form: name, email, phone (optional), company or store (optional), current store address (optional), platform, topic, your message, the page language and the time of consent.
  • When you email us: your address and the content of the message.
  • Hosting technical logs: IP address, time, requested URL and browser details that the server records for each request.

We use no cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or profiling. Fonts and all site files load from our own domain.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your request and discuss a possible contract — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • For the security and normal operation of the site, including protecting the form from abuse — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing data is voluntary. Without a name, email and message we cannot reply to you.

Who receives the data

  • netcup GmbH (Germany) — the server that runs the site and the form.
  • Resend — delivers form requests to our mailbox, when that service is enabled.
  • The provider of our email mailbox, where requests are received.

These providers process data on our behalf and on our instructions. Where one of them is outside the European Economic Area, transfers happen only with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long

  • Requests and correspondence — up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract; then they are kept according to it and the law.
  • Hosting technical logs — up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate a specific abuse.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Write to hello@targovio.com. We reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, cpdp.bg.

Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions and do no profiling based on site data. An automatic spam check (a hidden field and the time taken to fill in the form) only filters out requests sent by programs.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with the date it takes effect.
