If a waybill creation is uncertain, the order stops until it is checked. You never pay for two parcels for one order.

Frequently asked questions
When will Econt and Speedy handle real parcels?
Once live accounts are connected and verified — that is a launch condition. Econt runs in demo mode today, and the Speedy test account has not been obtained yet. We do not promise a date that does not depend on us alone.
Will there be BOX NOW and Pigeon Express?
They are candidates for the next connections but are not built. If they matter for your store, tell us — it affects the order.
